Full Expression

Feb 06, 2022

This is a subtitle for your new post

  • You're completely and utterly immersed in a task.
  • You're oblivious to the outside world.
  • You're focused only on your own progress and what’s going on right here and now.
  • You're doing something you love.
  • You realize time has totally passed you by.

If these have ever described you at some point in your life, it's likely you have been in a state of Flow.

Flow is when you are wrapped completely in the present where your creativity, productivity, and happiness collide to create a heightened state of incredible happiness.

In the realm of Excellence, it is known as being the fullest expression of your unique, God-given design.

So how do we get to this state?

Here are a few ideas for your consideration:

  • Arrive at a clear understanding of your identity
  • Have clear and distinct goals that flow out of that identity
  • Develop clear action steps necessary to reach the goal
  • Remove all distractions
  • It also helps that the goal you are achieving is both challenging and enjoyable
